At Bakersway, we do cheesecakes the traditional way — baked, rich, and full of classic flavour. No shortcuts. No no-bake versions. No compromises.

We use premium cream cheese, high-quality ingredients, and bake our cheesecakes slowly in a water bath, just like the old-school recipes. Every cheesecake contains eggs, because that’s how the texture, taste, and authenticity truly shine.

Our cheesecakes are minimal in looks but speak loud in flavour — comforting, creamy, and timeless.

Flavours Available:

  • New York Style Cheesecake – A rich and velvety classic with a buttery biscuit base.

  • Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake – Zesty lemon notes balanced with sweet, juicy blueberries.

  • Burnt Basque Cheesecake – A crustless, caramelised top with a soft, creamy centre.

Note: All our cheesecakes are baked with eggs using traditional techniques. Eggless versions are not available.
